RETURNS POLICY

If you have made the wrong choice Cozzies swimwear will accept internet purchases for exchange or refund. Please return goods UNWORN with swing tickets and hygiene sticker attached.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase for Australian orders and 30 days for International orders. The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns to Cozzies swimwear.

If your exchange is for a lesser value the extra amount will be refunded back into your credit card.

Postage charges are not refundable. Click here for the Refund/Exchange form

If the goods have been worn and you feel there is a manufacturing fault, please complete the Faulty Goods Claim form and post the form with the item to:

Cozzies swimwear will endeavour to resolve the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Please note that due to health regulations all garments must be washed prior to returning.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All parcels will be sent by Australia Post. With-in Australia we prefer to send via registered mail which requires a signature.

Please specify if you wish to have this waved.

PAYMENT

We accept all Credit Cards, except Amex or Diners and Paypal. We will accept Direct Deposit if prior arrangements are made by contacting Cozzies direct.

Your details are secured by Paypal Security Centre and are safe from any fraudulent use.
