I am always interested in people coming into Cozzies swimwear and the requirements they have for their swimming costume. Whether it is one piece, tankini or bikini there is always a list.

They start off with all sorts of requirement but the most common is “I don’t want them high cut on the leg”.

Well guess what “high cut legs’ went out in the 1980’s…..

No fashion swimwear is high cut these days, thankfully. It certainly wasn’t the best look on any woman. In fact it was plain ugly.

These girls would all be size 08 or 10, but that high cut leg is not attractive. They have beautiful bodies and look as good as anyone could in a swimsuit. But no swimsuit should be cut higher than the fold at the top of your leg. It is not an attractive look on anyone.

Here’s some more rather ugly blasts from the past……these swimsuits are cut so high the girls legs and hips look large, and they look out of proportion.

Swimwear should be flattering and I don’t think the very high cut leg line was attractive on anyone. As for the folds of the leg showing when sitting……no thank you.

Thankfully this style is long gone and personally I don’t want to see it return.
